How is this different from any other post purchase survey builder?
Bestie functions very similar to other post-purchase survey tools you have worked with or seen. Here are some key features Bestie has that most other survey builders do not:

How is this different from a Triple Whale or other 3rd-party attribution?
Triple Whale and other 3rd-party attribution tools use pixel and cookie data to track user behaviors. Bestie uses 1st-party data or zero-party data, meaning direct responses from customers to collect data. This helps brands better connect dots between first touch attribution and last touch. Bestie is not meant to replace 3rd-party attribution tools. It is meant to enhance and bring even more insights to a brand.
What does zero-party data mean?
A direct customer response rather than a software collecting data points to deliver insights.
What are average survey completion rates?
- 30%-40% start rate w/out an incentive. 50% of starts complete the survey.
- 50%-60% start rate with an incentive. 60%-70% of starts with an incentive complete the survey.
Are there any limitations on non Shopify platforms?
Non Shopify platforms cannot create audiences based on product or customer purchase history.
Can Bestie be used for more than just attribution questions?
Yes we have a deep library of templates around NPS, product design, demographic, psychographic, motivation, and more. You can also customize and create your own survey from scratch.

Can this replace my 3rd-party attribution software?
Bestie is not meant to replace 3rd-party data, it is meant to enhance and fill in the gaps that pixel and cookie data (quantitative data) may not be able to collect.
